Cells establish gene expression regulatory networks to orchestrate cellular processes. Elucidating these gene expression regulatory networks remains a challenge.

I am integrating genome-wide data (seqeunce data, expression data, etc) to develop a model of gene expression regulation in human B-cells. I would like to generate novel hypotheses derived from this model and test them by performing experiments (e.g. chromatin immunoprecipitation, RNAi-mediated knockdown).
